At SportyEyes, we know you're eager to gear up. We work with India's most trusted courier partners to get your eyewear to you quickly, safely and reliably — wherever you are.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

2. Our Courier Partners

We ship through leading, reliable delivery services including Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, and India Post, along with other trusted courier partners. We automatically select the fastest and most dependable service available for your location so your product reaches you by the quickest possible route.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Metro cities: 2–4 business days

Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days

Remote or interior locations (often served by India Post): 5–10 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to courier load, weather, regional conditions or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders, across India. There are no hidden charges — the price you see is the price you pay. SportyEyes operates on a prepaid-only basis, and shipping is fully on us for every product.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we'll share a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use it to follow your shipment in real time through the courier partner's website. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to become active.

6. Delivery Issues

Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Failed delivery attempts: Couriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. Please stay reachable on your registered phone number to avoid delays.

Damaged in transit: If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy — you're covered for a full refund or free replacement.
