At SportyEyes, we value trust, transparency, and accountability. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. In the rare event that something goes wrong, this policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled—clearly and fairly.

1. Eligibility for Returns

A return request will be accepted only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

The product is unused, unworn, and unaltered

The product is returned with original packaging, case, tags, accessories, and invoice

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

Scratches or defects reported after the 48-hour window

Products purchased during sales, promotional offers, or clearance deals

Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories

Gift cards or vouchers (if applicable)


3. Replacement Policy

Eligible products will be offered a replacement first, subject to availability

If the same product is unavailable, customers may choose:

An alternative product of equal value, or

A refund as per Section 4

All replacements are subject to inspection and approval by the SportyEyes quality control team.

 

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only when:

A replacement is not available

The order is cancelled before dispatch

The return is approved due to a verified defect or error from SportyEyes

 

Refund Timeline:

Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days of approval

The amount will reflect in the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable except in cases where the error is from our end.

 

5. Return & Shipping Responsibility (Customer Assurance)

At SportyEyes, you are our priority.

If a return or replacement is required due to any error, miscommunication, or misconduct from our team—including incorrect product dispatch, wrong item delivery, or verified quality issues—no shipping charges will be borne by the customer, including return or reverse pickup shipping.

In such cases, SportyEyes will take complete responsibility for all logistics costs, ensuring you are never inconvenienced for a mistake that is not yours.

For all other approved returns, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

 

6. Return Request Process

To initiate a return request, please email support@sportyeyes.com with:

Order ID

Reason for return

Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Our team will respond within 48 business hours.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch (Within 6 hours of placing the order)

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

 

8. Inspection & Final Authority

All returned products undergo inspection upon receipt.

SportyEyes reserves the right to:

Approve or reject return, replacement, or refund requests

Decline refunds if products do not meet policy conditions

Make the final decision in all return and refund matters
